Friendly staff and excellent service. It gets busy in the late mornings and afternoon.

I had no problems, no real highlights. They have the Starbucks menu. It's the same. The staff has been good when I've stopped by this location. Really, this location is the standard Miami Starbucks cafe experience (excepting those few horrible locations scattered throughout the grid). The inside was Starbucks colored. The ambiance smelled like coffee and there was an ambient pastry scent as well. I would really have had no idea I was in Sunny Isles Beach except for the excessive skyscraper-sized cascading fountain across the street. Fun to look at while you're sitting outside with your USD $5.00$ buck coffee (do ho ho ho).

I like this Starbucks. Plenty of seating inside and outside, with a seated power bar for plugging in laptops right in the middle of it all. Several loveseats to sit in. Cool staff.

Located across the street from the Double Tree Hilton we were thrilled to find our tried and true java love. The products? Rocking. The flavor and cost? On par with all the other Starbucks in America. The service? Depends. Sunday AM was hopping and the service was amazing which is what you'd expect. Traffic AM and needs top notch service. Yes, we did get that. Where I had to remove a few stars: Friday AM I had a gift card balance of $7.05. My bill was $7.07. I handed the gal my gift card plus a dime to cover the excess 2 cents I owed her. She smiled at me, tipped her head to the side and gave me 18 cents back. For real. I threw it in the tip jar (she definitely needed it when her register came up short at the end of her shift) and just shook my head. No wonder Florida had to recount their votes in both the 2000 and 2012 election. Lights are on and NO ONE is home.

First thing that stood out to me as I entered the store were the crumbled pastries on display. Staff members were aloof and non-responsive. No one seemed to be communicatiing with one another to ensure the quality of service. I had to practically beg the cashier to repeat my order, all the while his mind was wondering off elsewhere.

My go to coffee shop, I actually do not drink coffee. I order chai latte, work and people watch... You'd be surprised how entertaining it gets. Very clean on the inside and someone usually comes around to pick up on the outside. There are a couple charging places outside.

Good location. Plenty of seating in the establishment. No parking ever. Plaza is very very busy all the time. Always traffic always a mission to park it's horrible. The line is long but the staff tries to make it run smoothly but 8am coffee is almost impossible here

This is one of the largest Starbucks I have ever been to. I'm giving 4 stars for that fact alone. There is a lot of seating, both the soft chair type and around tables/counters. As for the service, it was quick despite only two people behind the counter. As I sat for almost an hour, the store stayed full at about 90% capacity of seating yet it never felt crowded and nobody had to wait in any kind of line for service. Nice job on this one Starbucks.

Avoid this starbucks unless you willing to spend the next 20 min waiting for a coffee with only 4 customers in front of you. Employees nice but works in slow motion.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. And I've given it a lot of chances since I live in the neighborhood and need my coffee sometimes twice a day... but I wish I could give this negative stars. If you do decide to come here, be prepared to wait in line for 15 minutes as they have three people looking at two registers, two people making drinks and sometimes one person grabbing pastries. Do they ever get drink orders from the people in line to get things moving quicker? Nope. They just look down, ignoring the huge lines and keep moving at a turtle pace. The last time I went, which sealed the deal for me to never step foot in this Starbucks again, I waited in line for almost 20 minutes. I was a little annoyed it was longer than the average wait. But whatever. I really wanted coffee. I ordered my espresso over ice. Paid. Walked down to wait for my drink. I saw my cup with my name on it, waiting in the line with all the other empty cups. Finally 10 minutes later the older Batista lady picked up my cup. Filled it with ice and sat it back down on the counter and started working on another drink. Ok. Maybe she's waiting for the espresso.. But then goes to make three other people's blended drinks before looking at mine again. Then a barista guy picks it up, looks at it, and slides it under the machine and I see espresso drip into it. Cool. But then he walks away too!! The lady finally comes back, decides to top it off with so much extra ice that she cannot close the lid and leaves it there!! That's when I lost it. From the moment I had walked into that Starbucks until then was waiting hell and not one employee there said "sorry for the wait. Thank you for your patience. We will be right with you." I might have a slight caffeine addiction, but this service was just ridiculous. I mean it's not rocket science guys. So I had to physically grab my coffee from behind the counter and push the lid down. The lady started yelling at me that wasn't my drink. But I told her it had my name on it and it had what I ordered written on it and then stormed away. Jesus. This service makes me not want to spend another dollar in any Starbucks ever. If you are near by, go to aroma cafe down the street. Or Miami juice. So much better and they actually have customer service.

Great Starbucks with comfy locations to set up and plug in your laptop. Wifi gets weak when too many people are online. Other than that its great!!! Multiple outdoor seating and parking available.

Worst Starbucks ever. Waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee (that's cold coffee, poured in a cup) with three employees standing around. Then after 10 mins i ask and they say its coming. Them an employee walks over and says my iced coffee will be another 5 minutes. Cold coffee, pour in cup. Not rocket surgery.

Snotty manager doesn't know how to speak to her clientele. Don't bring your kids in, she's anti children. Last time I checked Sunny Isles Beach was a family neighborhood.

I like this particular Starbucks because its: -Spacious -plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, even bar seating - free wifi and outlets and most importantly, its across the street from GORGEOUS turquoise beach in Sunny Isles!!!

The customer service there is bad. I asked for an iced capacino and it taste bad. The milk was hot and the drink was spilled all overthe place and a mess. When I asked for a new drink the employee rolled his eyes at me. It is not very clean the way they handle the food. Old milk and coffee was spilled everywhere. The location is good but, service is lame. Alot of foreign tourist go there so you will hear lover 10 langauges in less than 5 minutes.

I could not wait to see the remodeling of this location done, such a good job did Starbucks do with other stores such as the one on West &10 on SoBe. The space now seems more organized with -what a surprise- a big laptop-friendly center table. More outlets are spread along the big windows now lined with comfortable faux-leather armchairs. It doesn't seem that they increase the sitting but they definitely took a turn towards catering to the tech-savvyier customers among us. Thankfully, as a former barista, I can appreciate that they also increased the working space behind the counter, as they were really cramped before. Altogether, I'm sure the keyboard-happy people would give it **** , but I'll stick to 3 because for the rest of us, nothing much has changed besides a well-deserved freshening of décor.

This is the Sunny Isles Starbucks. This is probably the BEST of all Miami-area Starbucks. The store is very spacious, newly-renovated, and offers very comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. All glass walls offer great views, especially of the Jade condo building's waterfall next door. Service is quick and the only downside is tight parking. Otherwise, enjoy...this could become my new office its so comfortable.

Damn, what is wrong with the people who work here? I have to repeat my order 3 times every time I go. The last time I was there I asked to buy a bottle of their raspberry syrup and the guy looked at my like I had two heads and said he didn't even know they sold syrup....wth?

Good Morning Sunny Isle! The long was as long as usually and at the cash register the best cashier/barista in the land of sweet caffeine! Shirley B. She gives your cup soul. Keep serving it up! Luckily your smile is free because we could not afford it.

This is a wonderful Starbucks. It is located about 1 mile south of Golden Beach, FL and it has free Wi-Fi and ample free parking. It is located just across the street from the beach. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. By Gregg L. Friedman MD.
